Ruth Salter

Ruth Salter is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner currently serving Techex since January 2024, where responsibilities include providing comprehensive Talent Acquisition services during a phase of accelerated growth. In September 2023, Ruth established Ruth Salter Recruitment Services as a freelance Talent Acquisition Partner and Recruiter. Prior to that, a long tenure at Microsoft lasted from January 2007 to September 2023, encompassing roles such as Talent Acquisition Lead for Leadership Talent Acquisition in EMEA and managing the recruitment for various teams, including Microsoft Industry Solutions and Microsoft Research. Additional experience includes a role as Contract Manager at Select Appointments from 1998 to 2006, managing outsourced staff for EDF Energy. Ruth earned a BSc in Geography (Hons) from Royal Holloway, University of London in 1997.
