Prabakaran Murugaiah

Prabakaran Murugaiah has over 28 years of work experience in the IT and technology industry. From 1993 to 2002, they worked as a Consultant for an IT Consulting Company and as a Sr. Ecommerce Architect for AOL. In 2004, they rejoined the IT Consulting Company as a Consultant. In 2007, they founded and grew TechFetch.com, a technology jobs platform, reaching 3M+ tech professionals annually. Prabakaran also invented QFETCH, a novel resume search and analysis solution. In 2016, they became Chairman of TiliconVeli Tech Park, an initiative to transform Tirunelveli to a tech eco system. In 2020, they joined the Board of Directors for TiE DC, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. In 2022, they became Country Head - USA for iMocha, a digital skill assessment platform, and an Official Member of Forbes Human Resources Council.

Prabakaran Murugaiah completed a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University between 1989 and 1993.
