Currently serving as Chef de quart mise en service at TechFirm Group since September 2022, Matthieu previously held roles at Veolia and TechFirm International, focusing on staff training and combustion improvement in waste management systems. Matthieu's extensive experience includes team leadership and commissioning of multiple boiler systems and turbines across various companies, including CNIM and Dalkia. Educationally, Matthieu holds a BTS degree from Lycée Saint-Cricq.
