Precious Elam

Precious Elam is a Lead UX Researcher at Tech Fleet, where responsibilities include leading exploratory and generative research to shape product vision and mentoring apprentice UX researchers. Additionally, Precious serves as a Senior Program Manager at the New York Urban League, integrating research methodologies to enhance the student experience, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Teachers College, Columbia University, contributing to behavioral assessments and intervention evaluations. Previous roles include a User Experience Researcher Intern at the Center for Educational Improvement, a fellow at Colorwave focused on diversifying the VC-backed startup ecosystem, and positions at Ocean Paving & Sealing and Wahupa Educational Services that emphasize user-centric program design.
