Jason Janson currently serves as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Techflex®, a position held since December 2004, where strategic leadership and team development are central responsibilities. Janson has advanced through various roles within the company, including Software Engineering Manager and IT Manager, emphasizing the cultivation of high-performing teams, technical expertise in modern software practices, and the restructuring of IT operations to enhance efficiency. Prior experience includes senior programming roles at U-Haul, contributing to the development of a scalable web-based POS reservation system and other applications. Janson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Penn State University and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from County College of Morris.
