Shynu Koshy has had a long and varied career in design and illustration. In 2003, they began as the Proprietor of Chax Creations. In 2016, they began working as a Freelance Designer for Leadstart Publishing, Wordit Content Design & Editing Services Pvt. Ltd., and BecomeShakespeare.com. In 2017, they became a Freelance Designer for BecomeShakespeare.com. In 2021, they began working as a Children's Book Illustrator for K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. and Creative Educational Aids Pvt. Ltd. Shynu also worked as a Freelance Designer for Creative Educational Aids Pvt. Ltd. and a Freelance Illustrator for Creative Educational Aids Pvt. Ltd. and an Individual Author. In 2022, they began working as a Visual Content Creator-Storytelling-Cartoonist for Techforce.ai.

Shynu Koshy has completed a Master's degree in M.Com from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, they have taken courses in Narrative Techniques for Illustrated Stories, Writing for Young Readers: Opening the Treasure Chest - by Commonwealth Education Trust, and Environment Art School: Complete Perspective Drawing Course.
