2.	Empowering the Next Generation of AI Leaders: We serve as a catalyst for early and mid-career researchers by providing resources, funding support, mentorship, and collaborative opportunities to pursue high-impact research in AI Safety, AI Governance, and AI Policy.

3.	Championing Diversity Through Mentorship and Advocacy: Through intentional mentorship and advocacy, we enable meaningful participation from underrepresented populations, fostering a diverse, ethical, and globally minded generation of leaders shaping the future of AI responsibly, safely, and equitably.
