Aruna Chandra is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at FlexGen, where responsibilities include managing legal, compliance, and governance matters in the energy storage and technology sector. As a Charter Member of TechGC and a member of the Women’s General Counsel Network, Aruna participates in exclusive communities for top legal executives. Recognized in The Legal 500's GC Powerlist for both 2022 and 2024, Aruna previously held significant positions at NextEra Energy Resources, EXL, Akula Energy Ventures, Seedco Financial Services, and Chadbourne & Parke LLP. Aruna Chandra holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, and a B.A. in Political Science from Haverford College.
