Christopher Lin

Christopher Lin currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer at Pristine Surgical, overseeing legal, corporate development, compliance, regulatory, human resources, and data management functions since July 2022. Additionally, Christopher holds the position of General Counsel at Aspect Growth Partners, LLC, and has been a Managing Member at TechGC since January 2024. Previous experience includes roles as Deputy General Counsel and Director of Corporate Development at Arthrex from October 2013 to December 2019, and various positions at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, where Christopher was a Partner in Private Equity and M&A from January 2005 to September 2013. Early career experience includes serving as an Associate in Commercial Litigation at Holland & Knight LLP. Christopher Lin earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and an A.B. in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
