Herbert Wang

Herbert Wang serves as the Vice President of Legal at AlphaSense, Inc. since November 2018, overseeing all legal affairs for the market intelligence and search platform that enhances business decisions through AI-based technology. Additionally, since November 2021, Herbert is a Charter Member of TechGC, an independent community for General Counsel to exchange knowledge and support. Previous roles include Inside Counsel at Clinipace and Summer Associate at Shanahan Law Group, as well as Assurance Staff at Ernst & Young. Herbert holds a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Master's in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
