Marie Ma is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Articulate since January 2023 and a member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community, Marie Ma previously held the position of Division General Counsel at Banana Republic and spent nearly two decades at Gap Inc. in various legal roles, including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Additionally, Marie Ma contributed to the University of San Francisco School of Law Board of Governors from May 2016 to May 2022 and began a legal career as a Corporate Paralegal at Fenwick & West LLP. Marie Ma holds a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
