Mike Brown

Mike Brown currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Dexcom, where responsibilities include leading legal and intellectual property matters and advising leadership and the Board on legal issues. In addition, Mike is a Charter Member of TechGC, an independent peer community for General Counsel. Previous experience includes serving as a Corporate Law Partner at DLA Piper and Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, specializing in technology and life sciences, as well as roles as outside general counsel for several companies including Nventa Biopharmaceuticals and Apacheta. Mike holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington.
