Roza Nader

Roza Nader currently holds the position of DeputyGC Member at TechGC since January 2024. Prior to this role, Roza served as Senior Counsel at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange from July 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities included various levels of counsel and supervision. Roza began their legal career as a Corporate Associate Attorney at Goodwin from 2018 to July 2021, focusing on business law and technology transactions. Previous experience includes roles at Deloitte in Mergers & Acquisitions Tax and at KPMG US as a Tax Associate. Roza Nader earned a Tax LLM from Georgetown University Law Center and a JD in Tax Law/Taxation from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco. Additionally, Roza holds a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
