Scott Goldsmith

Scott Goldsmith currently serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at HiveWatch since November 2021 and is a Charter Member of TechGC, an invitation-only peer community for technology general counsels established in March 2022. Prior to HiveWatch, Scott was a Partner at FisherBroyles, LLP from July 2020 to November 2021, focusing on commercial litigation, privacy, and compliance issues. Previously, Scott held a partner role at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where a specialization included consumer protection litigation. Early career experiences include positions as an Associate at Severson & Werson and Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, and as a Deputy District Attorney for the San Diego District Attorney's office. Scott's education includes a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
