Adam Berry

Adam Berry serves as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at UKG, overseeing the global Go-To-Market and contracting functions since August 2022. Previously, Adam held the position of General Counsel at Fourth, where responsibilities included leading the global Legal, Privacy, and Information Security teams, and directing all business and legal affairs. Adam's extensive experience includes roles at Kastner Gravelle LLP, Workday, Twitter, Dell, DXC Technology, Varsity Media Group, and SEMATECH, focusing on commercial transactions, IP development, regulatory compliance, and business development legal strategies. Adam holds a Doctor of Law (JD) in Intellectual Property Law from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University, with ongoing education at the University of Oxford.
