Adam Lesman

Adam Lesman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and financial technology. Currently serving as General Counsel at Brex since November 2020, Adam has held multiple titles, including VP, Deputy General Counsel, and Senior Director, Head of Corporate Legal. Adam is also a member of TechGC and was a board member for the Financial Technology Association until December 2023. Prior to Brex, Adam was General Counsel at ODX, where the focus was on transforming small business lending through innovative SaaS solutions. Adam's career includes significant roles at OnDeck and leading law firms such as Clifford Chance US LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, backed by a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and a B.S. from Cornell University.
