Allison Hoffman

Allison Hoffman is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Phreesia since August 2020. Additionally, Allison is a Founding Member of The L Suite, a premier peer community for Chief Legal Officers and General Counsels. Prior to Phreesia, Allison held prominent roles such as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Intersection Co., where the focus was on improving urban experiences through smart city initiatives. Allison also served as EVP, General Counsel & Secretary at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, driving profitability and transformation efforts. Earlier experience includes senior legal roles at ALM and Incisive Media, as well as practicing as an Associate at Skadden Arps in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Allison earned a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and holds a BS in Economics and a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
