Amy Sennett

Amy Sennett currently serves as General Counsel at micro1 and as a Lecturer in Law at Columbia Law School. Previously, they held the position of General Counsel at OpenText and Catalant Technologies, where they provided legal guidance on corporate finance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. Sennett's experience also includes a role as Senior Associate at WilmerHale, where they conducted significant internal investigations and assisted public companies with regulatory inquiries. They earned a J.D. and M.B.A. from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University.
