Andrew Nick

Andrew Nick is an experienced litigator and in-house counsel, currently serving as General Counsel at FreeWill and a Founding Member of TechGC. With a diverse legal background, they have represented clients in high-stakes commercial litigation at firms such as Shearman & Sterling LLP and O'Shea Partners LLP. Andrew began their legal career with internships and clerkships, including positions with judges in both the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals. They hold a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and German from SUNY Binghamton, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
