Asher Richelli

Asher Richelli serves as General Counsel and Chief People Officer at G2 Risk Solutions, where responsibilities include leading legal and human resources departments during a significant post-divestiture transition and negotiating strategic commercial agreements in compliance with global data privacy regulations. As a Charter Member of The L Suite, Richelli engages with fellow General Counsel to share knowledge and best practices. Previously, Richelli held the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Equiniti, overseeing corporate governance, M&A transactions, and regulatory compliance. At D.F. King & Co., Richelli was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and also assumed the role of Interim CEO during a critical transition, successfully guiding the company through its sale to Equiniti. Richelli began a legal career at Shearman & Sterling LLP, focusing on complex credit agreements, and co-founded Page 73 Productions, a nonprofit theater organization. Richelli holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA in History and International Studies from Yale University.
