Cecile Abramowicz is a seasoned legal leader in the health tech sector, boasting 14 years of global experience focused on complex transactions, technology, and healthcare. An alum of Harvard Law School, Cecile honed their expertise in M&A at Cleary Gottlieb in both the U.S. and Europe. Currently serving as General Counsel at Foodsmart, Cecile has previously held prominent roles, including General Counsel at Eden Health and Deputy General Counsel at Via, where they significantly expanded the legal team and navigated various legal challenges. Passionate about mentorship, Cecile is also a founding member of The L Suite, a peer community for Chief Legal Officers and General Counsels.
