As a founding member of TechGC, Colin contributes to an exclusive peer community for General Counsels, facilitating knowledge sharing and career support. Previously, Colin founded CrowdCounsel, where services focused on crowdfunding and intellectual property law as the sole attorney. Colin holds a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
