Daniel Sun

Daniel Sun currently serves as SVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Templafy, where responsibilities include corporate restructuring and overseeing a new equity strategy for global employees. In addition, Daniel is an Advisor at Tangify and the Founder of KAS Growth Services, a firm focused on early-stage companies in SaaS, B2B enterprise software, and web3. Daniel is also a Charter Member of TechGC, which supports General Counsels through a peer community. Prior experience includes a significant role at Dataiku, where leadership of the legal and compliance team was a key responsibility, as well as positions at DTCC, Bloomberg LP, Dentons, and Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC, contributing to expertise in corporate law, patent management, and commercial contracts. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.
