Danielle Donovan

Danielle Donovan is the Director & Senior Counsel at Match Group, a position held since March 2024, and serves as a DeputyGC Member at TechGC since June 2021. Prior to her current role, Danielle was the Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at CaaStle from June 2021 to February 2024, and held key positions at IWIRC - Georgia Network, including Vice Chair and Secretary of the Board of Directors from November 2018 to December 2021. Danielle's experience includes serving as an Associate at JONES DAY® from August 2018 to November 2020 and working as a Business Finance & Restructuring Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from October 2013 to June 2018. Danielle holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law (2013) and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish from the University of Virginia (2010). Additional experience includes internships at the U.S. Department of Justice and the United States Department of Defense.
