David K. Cohen is an investor and business builder who currently serves as a Partner at Collaborative Fund and operating partner at Reinvent Capital. With a background in law, they held senior roles at Proskauer Rose LLP and Zynga, among others, completing over $200 billion in transactions throughout their career. Cohen is also a founding member of The L Suite (TechGC) and brings extensive experience working alongside top founders and CEOs. They hold a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Middlebury College.
