Eric Tuy

Eric Tuy currently serves as the Lead Commercial Counsel at Rippling since June 2025 and is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels. Prior experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel at Truework, General Counsel at Atom Finance, and Senior Counsel at Figure and Starcity, both of which were acquired during Tuy's tenure. Previous positions also include Senior Associate Attorney at Archer Norris, where the firm dissolved in September 2018, and Associate Attorney roles at Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson, LLP, Weidenbaum & Harari LLP, and Hanley & Goble LLP, with the latter firm also dissolving in 2013. Eric Tuy holds a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law, with a special concentration in Intellectual Property and Communications Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Studies from New York University.
