Erick Rivero serves as Senior Assistant General Counsel at Intuit since March 2019, focusing on corporate securities and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to Intuit, Erick was Of Counsel at Winston & Strawn LLP from September 2007 to March 2019, where practice areas included corporate law, securities, M&A, and complex transaction negotiation across various industries. Erick holds a J.D., cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a B.A. in Economics and Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania.
