Heather Kidwell

Heather Kidwell is currently the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources Officer, and Corporate Secretary at ZimVie, where they lead legal and compliance efforts. Previously, they served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at NewCo at Zimmer Biomet, overseeing the spin-off of the Spine and Dental businesses. With extensive experience at Zimmer Biomet as Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Heather also contributes as a founding member of The L Suite, a community for Chief Legal Officers. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a J.D., both earned summa cum laude, from Indiana State University and Indiana University Maurer School of Law, respectively.
