James Allee

James Allee is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal at Mixpanel since 2017, with a history of progressive responsibilities including Director of Legal and Lead Counsel. Allee has been a Charter Member of TechGC since 2020. Prior roles include Director of Legal and Senior Corporate Counsel at AppDynamics, Associate at Cooley LLP, and Counsel at Blue Coat Systems, Inc. Allee began legal career as a Summer Associate at McDermott Will & Emery and as a Summer Law Clerk at Goodrich, Riquelme y Asociados, A.C. James Allee earned a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and holds a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of California, Berkeley, along with additional studies at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
