Joel Benavides is a seasoned legal and privacy advisor with extensive experience in leading global legal and advocacy efforts across various technology and insurance companies. Currently serving as a Global Strategy Advisor at Qtis AI, Benavides focuses on applied generative AI research in the medical and healthcare sectors. As a Charter Member of TechGC and Co-chair of the Enterprise Cloud Privacy Group, Benavides actively contributes to the legal community by sharing best practices.
