Jonathan Shapira

Jonathan Shapira is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Chief Legal Officer, Head of People, and VP, General Counsel & Secretary at Beyond Identity since December 2020. As a founding member of The L Suite (TechGC), Jonathan contributes to a premier peer community for Chief Legal Officers and General Counsels. Previous roles include VP and General Counsel at Claroty and Cybereason, as well as an attorney at Goodwin. Jonathan began a legal career with a venture capital internship at MoreVC and a summer associate position at Goodwin, following a foreign law clerk position at the Supreme Court of Israel. Jonathan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston College Law School, a Master’s degree in the History of International Relations from The London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Middlebury College.
