Julian Chung

Julian Chung is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, governance, and compliance. Currently serving as a Board Member at TAG Treatment Action Group Inc. since June 2024 and as a Founding Member of The L Suite (TechGC) since June 2023, Julian also holds the position of General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Enveritas, providing strategic legal guidance and compliance expertise. Previous roles include General Counsel and Executive Team Leader at Turnberry, where Julian contributed to corporate governance and risk management, and significant tenures as Equity Partner at Fried Frank, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, focusing on leveraged finance, corporate transactions, and bankruptcy. An alum of Cardozo School of Law with a Doctor of Law degree, Julian also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from New York University.
