Katrina Johnson

Katrina Johnson is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Group General Counsel at WiseTech Global since March 2020, where Katrina leads the global legal, company secretarial, and employee equity teams. Katrina is a Charter Member of The L Suite, a peer community for General Counsel, and serves on the Regulatory Committee of the Tech Council of Australia. Previous roles include Advisory Board Member at The Allens Hub for Technology, Law and Innovation and Non-Executive Director at Straker Translations and Trade Me. Prior to WiseTech, Katrina held various leadership positions at Uber, StubHub, and eBay, where Katrina managed legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs across multiple regions. Katrina holds a BA LLB(Hons) from Macquarie University and has further qualifications in Legal Practice Management and Legal Practice.
