Manoj Ramia

Manoj Ramia serves as General Counsel at Digital Asset since November 2018, where responsibilities have expanded from Assistant General Counsel. Additionally, Manoj has been a Charter Member of TechGC since January 2021, participating in an exclusive community for General Counsels to exchange knowledge and support. Prior experiences include an Associate role at Goodwin from September 2016 to November 2018, following time at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP and K&L Gates, and starting as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from September 2009 to August 2013. Manoj began a career at the Naval Research Laboratory as an Electrical Engineer in the Tactical Electronic Warfare Division from June 2004 to August 2006. Educationally, Manoj holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Economics from The George Washington University.
