Marie Ma is an accomplished legal executive currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Articulate since January 2023, where Marie partners with the CEO and executive team to drive business growth and innovation. Additionally, Marie is a member of TechGC, a peer community for general counsels. Prior experience includes serving as Division General Counsel at Banana Republic, providing strategic legal support to the brand's leadership, and holding various senior legal roles at Gap Inc., including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed governance, securities, and corporate transactions. Marie began her legal career at Fenwick & West LLP as a corporate paralegal and holds a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
