Max E. is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Versant Ventures, where they oversee management company operations, legal functions, and fundraising strategy. With over a decade of experience in venture capital, Max has held key roles at prominent organizations, including Managing Director and General Counsel at Sandbox Industries and General Counsel at Polaris Partners.
