Mike Miller

Mike Miller is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the venture capital and technology sectors. Currently serving as a General Counsel at Temerity Capital Partners since September 2019, Mike specializes in early-stage startups across diverse industries, including fintech and real estate. In addition, Mike is a Charter Member of TechGC, a prestigious community for General Counsels in high-growth technology companies, since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Corporate Risk Holdings/Kroll, and as Associate General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at Travelex. Mike holds an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and a JD from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, complemented by a BA from the University of Maryland.
