Natalie Niadj

Natalie Niadj is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology and corporate law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and previously as Principal Managing Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel at Productboard, Natalie has also been a Charter Member at TechGC and a mentor at Venture Out Startups since 2021. Prior roles include Enterprise Deal Lead at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Corporate Counsel at Atrium. Earlier in the career, Natalie held positions at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, GitHub, and Twitter, gaining valuable experience in intellectual property and technology transactions. Natalie earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of California, Berkeley.
