Omar Alam

Omar Alam is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Salesforce, focusing on M&A legal matters. They have held various prominent positions, including Head of Legal for Salesforce Ventures and Co-Founder of UroVention, Inc. Omar has also been an adjunct professor of law at Northwestern University, teaching about business and the law of venture deals since 2022. Their past experiences include roles at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, as well as clerking for Judge Ann Williams at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
