Paul Stephan

Paul Stephan currently serves as General Counsel at Medely since October 2022 and holds the position of Charter Member at TechGC, an independent community for General Counsels, since June 2019. Previously, Paul Stephan was General Counsel at Namely from October 2019 to September 2022 and Senior Director, Deputy General Counsel at Xandr from August 2018 to September 2019. Earlier roles included Senior Director, Deputy General Counsel at AppNexus, where Paul held various titles, including Director, Senior Associate General Counsel, and Associate General Counsel from January 2015 to August 2018. Paul's legal career began at Greenberg Traurig, LLP as an Associate from January 2012 to January 2015 and included a prior position as an Associate at Hunton & Williams LLP from September 2008 to January 2012. Paul's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, both earned in 2008, as well as a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago, completed in 2002.
