Raja Chatterjee

Raja Chatterjee is a seasoned legal and corporate professional currently serving as Vice President at Charles River Associates since 2025 and as a member of the Board of Trustees at The Taft School. Additionally, Raja holds positions as an Executive Board Member at Lawyers Without Borders Inc. and as a Charter Member of TechGC, where general counsels collaborate and share insights. Previously, Raja was General Counsel at Kasa Living, Inc. and President of the Board of Trustees at Gunn Memorial Library & Museum, as well as holding leadership roles at Tishman Speyer and Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included risk management and compliance. Early in the career, significant legal experience was gained at the U.S. Department of Justice and New York County District Attorney's Office. Raja earned a law degree from Temple University and a BA, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Maryland.
