Roza Nader

Roza Nader is the Head of Legal at Nexus and a strategic partner in corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory affairs, with over 10 years of experience advising high-growth companies in fintech, crypto, and AI sectors. Roza has held various legal positions, including Senior Corporate Counsel at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange and Corporate Associate Attorney at Goodwin. Additionally, Roza serves on the board of Bay Sleep Clinic and provides advisory support to a stealth startup. Educated at UC Hastings College of the Law, Roza holds a JD in Tax Law and is pursuing dual degrees in Business Administration and Political Science from the University of Southern California.
