Shaun Sethna is a seasoned legal leader with over ten years of experience as a senior legal executive for SaaS technology companies. They have successfully led nine mergers and acquisitions negotiations, managing complex transactions, legal compliance, and corporate governance. As the Deputy General Counsel at Altisource, they served as chief legal counsel, significantly contributing to the company's strategic initiatives and mentoring a team of nine professionals. Shaun is currently the General Counsel and Head of People at The Suite, where they oversee legal and HR functions, fostering talent development and collaboration across the organization. They hold a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a JD from Columbia Law School.
