Stefano de Stefano is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for DocJuris, Inc., a start-up specializing in contract negotiation tools, since May 2022. In addition to this role, Stefano is a member of the Board of Directors at OneStep Power Solutions Inc., which focuses on innovative vessel testing technology, and participates as a Charter Member in TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels. Prior experience includes serving as General Counsel and Head of Risk and Corporate Planning for Kinetic Pressure Control Limited and Corporate Counsel for both Diamond Offshore and Apache Corporation, where Stefano managed legal and compliance matters across various international projects and industries. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in International Taxation from the University of Amsterdam and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
