Susan Snyder

Susan Snyder is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in compliance and general counsel roles across various industries. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Pipedrive since December 2023, Susan is also a member of the independent community TechGC. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Daikin Applied Americas and as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Ergotron. Susan held significant legal roles at Nortek Air Solutions and Pentair, Inc., where Susan progressed from Associate General Counsel to lead counsel for different global business units. In addition to corporate roles, Susan has contributed to nonprofit governance as a board member for The Pentair Foundation and the German American Chamber of Commerce. Susan holds a JD and MA in Law & Public/Foreign Affairs from the University of Minnesota Law School and an MA in Public and Foreign Affairs from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
