Tara Shine

Tara Shine is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a member at TechGC since May 2022. Previously, Tara held multiple positions at Coinbase from February 2018 to January 2023, including Associate General Counsel for Commercial, where leadership in procurement commercial legal matters was demonstrated. Prior roles also included Senior Counsel for Commercial and Product, and Commercial Counsel. Tara's earlier experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at REPOWER America, and as an attorney at Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP and Youngman Ericsson Scott, LLP. Tara began a legal career at RTGR Law and gained initial experience as a corporate paralegal at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. Tara holds a J.D. from Pepperdine Law, graduating Cum Laude, and a B.A. in Economics from UC San Diego, also graduating Cum Laude.
