William Raniere

William Raniere serves as the VP & Senior Counsel at Clearcover since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing a legal and compliance team of 15 and overseeing various commercial contracts and corporate governance matters. Raniere is also a Charter Member of TechGC, a peer community for General Counsels. Previous legal experience includes roles as Of Counsel at D,S & G Law and General Counsel/SVP at American Access Casualty Company. Earlier positions involve serving as SVP of Claims & Litigation for both United Automobile Insurance Company and American Access Casualty Company, as well as Associate Attorney at Kilgallon & Carlson and Parrillo, Weiss & O'Halloran. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Purdue University.
