TechGirlMagic Initiative is a digital education nonprofit platform for African women professionals across diverse fields, industries and levels – equipping female professionals, career builders and entrepreneurs with modern workplace skills to stay relevant, compete, scale and thrive in an AI-driven future of work.

We are working to equip and provide women building modern careers and businesses in Nigeria across diverse fields with cohort-based, expert-led AI & Digital skills programs that yield a 90% chance of employability, increased workplace efficiency and entrepreneurial growth.

We want to see an Africa where every woman is digitally included, educated and empowered to work, lead and thrive in the future of work.
