Ketan Patel

Ketan Patel is the founder of Techgrains Technologies. Ketan has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry, working in various positions such as software engineer, project manager, and software development team lead.

Patel began their career as a software engineer at Cybersoft Infocom in 2000. There, they worked on the development of the sagaee.com web portal and an ERP solution for a NEWS Daily. Ketan was responsible for participating in product design meetings, preparing program specifications, designing and creating database tables, developing and testing different modules of the system, and providing support to clients.

In September 2001, Patel left Cybersoft Infocom to join Prakash Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd as a software development team lead. Ketan worked there for three years before moving to Market Track in September 2004, where they served as project manager for five years. In this role, they were responsible for handling all aspects of the client-facing application, including concept, design, development, testing, deployment, and internal support. Ketan also setup a CS application for the internal CS staff to enable quick help to clients.

Patel founded Techgrains Technologies in August 2009. The company specializes in providing IT solutions to businesses in a wide range of industries.

Ketan Patel has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering.
