Janelle Kloos

Janelle Kloos, CSAP, currently serves as the Technical Account Director at TechGuard Security, where responsibilities include collaborating with partners, teammates, and clients to implement and customize Security Awareness Training Programs. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Specialist at Jansen Chevrolet and various positions at Legrand, North America, notably in the Market Development Services Group focused on Salesforce project management. Janelle also gained customer service experience at Cooper B-Line and Allsup. Janelle Kloos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with specializations in Marketing and Management from Eastern Illinois University and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
